Soffits, fascias and guttering are a very important part of your house and can have negative structural effects if not working efficiently.
Lincs PVC have over 20 years of experience in replacing your guttering, fascias, or soffits with highly effective materials. We only stock the best products at Lincs PVC ensuring many years of duty at low maintenance, which our team of installers always fit quickly and efficiently.
Fascia has two main roles. One purpose is to hold the bottom row of roof tiles in place whilst providing a stable base on which to fix guttering. The other is to stop the ends of the rafters from absorbing unwanted water to prevent dampness and rotting.
Our fascia will support the weight of your guttering and roof tiles without deforming or weakening under the strain, even during heavy rain where the guttering takes on extra weight due to water.
If your fascia needs to be replaced, then unfortunately that means your guttering will probably need to be updated as well.
Our guttering is lightweight, designed to have little impact on your fascia, yet our guttering is also
exceptionally strong, made from durable, high impact uPVC in order to survive varying weather
Our guttering provides years of maintenance free performance, other than basic maintenance such as
clearing leaves or moss.
The boards that fit between your fascia and the wall of your home are what we refer to as soffits. They are designed to seal the roof, deterring birds, bats and other rodents from entry as well as protecting rafter fleet from damaging moisture from rain water.
Our soffit boards will be low in visibility but importantly, will allow for a certain level of air into the roof space. This is essential to avoid condensation building up from the inside, which would generate the moisture required to damage the roof in the long run.
We can supply and fit a full range of soffits and guttering in a range of colours and styles.
If you think your roofline might be damaged, or is suffering from wear and tear, it’s important to assess the damage and act fast to avoid significant damage to your roof.
To assess your roofline, the key things to look out for are animal droppings, rust or water marks, rotting or flaking wood, blistering paintwork and exposed brickwork or timber.
Lincs PVC will happily assess your roofline for you and we offer a no obligation FREE consultation and quote.
