Here at Lincs PVC we are very much quality over quantity therefore consciously remain at the size we are so that we can provide our customers with a personalised service.
The whole team are local to the Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth and Immingham areas and have been chosen for their roles based on their past experience in the industry. Each member of the team has a lengthy past in the double glazing industry therefore have years’-worth of experience and knowledge.
We are proud to be consistently highly recommended by our customers. 95% of our business is either repeat business or a recommendation- we have no need to advertise any more than the small amount we do.

Aftersales
We only quote following a site visit so that nothing is lost in translation – this is a short visit where we take basic information in order to be able to produce a quotation. We will not take up your time nor out-stay our welcome but are of course on hand to offer help and advice acquired from years in the industry.
We will have your quotation to you usually within a week of our visit (sometimes this may be longer if we have to apply for prices ourselves). Quotations are given verbally in the first instance and followed up in writing if required. We will never chase for a decision.
Following an instruction to proceed we will come back for a second, more in-depth survey appointment where we will go over the order in fine detail. You will be given a copy of the survey showing all aspects of your order. Following this appointment we request a small deposit.
Sit back and relax knowing we are working on your order. A lot goes on in the background whilst we prepare for your installation. We will contact you usually a few weeks after the survey visit to arrange an installation date.
Our installers have a reputation for being impeccably clean and tidy with the only evidence they’ve been being your new windows/ doors. Following completion we politely request the balance of the invoice.
Following receipt of final payment we will send out a receipted invoice, guarantee and register the job for a Building Regulations Certificate (if required) however rest assured you are fully covered until they arrive!
From time to time you may need to contact us to resolve any issues that may have presented themselves – our aftersales service is unrivalled and we encourage early communication if any item “doesn’t feel quite right” in terms of operation. No concern is a silly concern- we are here to help.

Repairs & glass replacement
We run a Repairs department meaning you will never have to finance a complete new window or door if you don’t have to. Providing parts are still available for us to source and we are confident we can carry out a cost-effective and viable repair then we will advise and quote you accordingly.
